Just bought a 2008 c300 4matic. 22k miles $17k. What do you guys think did i get a good deal? What do i need to do to maintain it? Any suggestion for mods? I just want a clean and simple mods.

Welcome to MBWorld. That's amazing mileage for an 08! First thing you'll want to do is make sure all the recalls and TSB were performed. There were several issues with the first w204, but dealer should be able to address.
As for modding, comes down to your budget, but most people start off with clear/smoked markers, painted grille, tint, chrome trim wrap to start out with. More expensive mods will include front lip, rear diffuser, quad exhaust, suspension, wheels, etc.
Also, let us know if we can help you out with any aftermarket lighting upgrades. We have a w204 in house test vehicle so we're very familiar with that platform. Eyebrows, markers, rear plate, interior, reverse lights are very popular options to go with our plug and play canbus LEDs. If you have stock halogens, HID low beams and fogs are also great
