New to me, E63 in California
Hello, my name is Mike and I just bought a 2008 E63. A bit of a back story, I am a converted GM guy. When I was 15 I found myself saving a 64 Oldsmobile Jetstar from the crusher. When I was 16 I realized for a lot of reasons that I could not drive that to school everyday and I bought my parents 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme International, long name and life as I am still driving it. I got the speed bug and bought a 2001 Pontiac gtp in college. I am currently looking to get rid of that. You live and learn. My best friend has always been an MB guy and when I found myself putting more miles on his cars instead of mine because my Pontiac was always breaking I realized I should look that way when it was time to get a new car. Fast forward a bit and my son who is three is starting to get too big for the back seat of my cutlass. I also do enjoy drag racing. So I decided to find myself a new car. After 3 no shows and getting completely screwed over by a Mini dealership in Pleasanton, Ca for an e55, I found myself an E63. It's not perfect but the price was right. Everyone seems to love it. If anyone can point me to write ups on fixing the rear sunshade and why one air blatter in the front seat won't inflate I would appreciate it, or tell me what section to post in. I usually turn my own wrenches, I know that will be more difficult with this car but I still hope to fix the little things myself. Thank you

Welcome to MBWorld. Glad you could pick her up. I know some of the guys over at Beshoff in San Jose I'm sure they took care of you.
Let me know if you want to tackle some lighting upgrades on her with newer plug and play whiter LED/HIDs.

I have never had such great service at a dealership before. We bought my wife a few cars over the years new a used and none of them were like this. Could not be happier, thanks for the links.
