Throttle lag and dpf problems, etc. Please help
really bad throttle lag whilst driving and slow to respond when i press the accelerator pedal
i had the dpf hollowed out and remapped but after that was done the exhaust filter warning came up on the dash
van drifting on the motorway
Van feels really slow on the motorway where it barely creeps above 60mph
when the mechanic diagnosed the dpf issue it came up with oxygen sensors. I changed both. One was sensor 1 and one was sensor 2. Both bank 1 engine related as this is a 4 cylinder. So far nothing has come up with dpf luckily but i don’t see any exhaust smoke coming out when casually driving or even when i drive at high revs
the throttle lag issue: i’ve change both turbo actuators, throttle body, egr valve, accelerator pedal but still no difference. My next guess is to change the twin turbo
the drifting on the motorway: mechanic said that the steering rack needs changing as when driving even in the city/town the steering notches when turning left and right
i’ve got a lot of disgnostics done on this van but one thing that does come up a lot is can bus fault
my old 2007 209cdi low roof swb barely had any issues like what i’m experiencing now
if anyone has any solutions to these issues i am experiencing that would be very helpful
Many thanks in advance
