Yes, you can see a better pics in the BNZSport gallery. It's been on for about 6 months now, it really adds allot of character to the front. I just need to get some Piaa 4150K, H7 and H3, the 5000K is too much.

As what Sleestack said w/o any modifications it may rub. Actually i think even if you roll your fenders you might still rub. What offset is your HRE wheel setup? 30's+??

I have no clue about the offset, Jay (owner/friend at Eppie's) ordered them from HRE and they have standard dimensions which suit my car...I guess. I figured, if I'm shelling out 5K, the it better come right (I hope).

Oh, and the 55's fenders come pre-rolled from the factory. I'll talk to Jay and confirm the size issue, I'm glad someone said something.

Yes, the 55 comes pre-rolled, however, even rolled, I think you are going to have to go with 265/30/19 on the rear. You should check the wheel/tire forum for feedback.

Ok if your friend Jay is an authorized HRE dealer hopefully hes got all the correct dimensions and specs for your car. Should be ok. Post pics once you get them!

ones too fast according to CHP!
We had to PULL - Yes, FLARE - the fenders on MACH430's car to fit the 275's in the rear on 9.5x19" SAC/Champion wheels. No way will they fit in our experience without some real work back there!

Hope you are the first to prove this wrong as you have invested some real coin in this!

Please post some info ASAP once mounted and on the car!

Thanks

Brad

Sure Kleemann is in the same race as HPS and perhaps you are getting the same hp for each dollar spent on both systems. Nevertheless, we are talking about Mercedes here, not $20,000 rice rockets. If you are going to bother tuning your Mercedes, you might as well do it right.

Unfortunately, the streets around here get a little slick in the winter. Two weeks ago, some black-ice sent my car sideways on a turn and I kissed a curb. I wound up scratching the two P/S, 17in AMGs I was using for snows. So, now I am forced to use my 18in Lorinsers for winter wheels and the HREs (of course) for summer/spring weather.

I always liked the Lorinsers better than the AMGs anyway.

Lorinser LM-1 18 x 8 front and 18 x 9 rear.

Just need to be a bit more careful!

Hay, I think we better move these conversations to another forum. Does anyone know how to transfer threads over?
