How do I *not* embed media in my posts?
I started a new thread (https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...ml#post7632479) and linked 2 YT videos. I do not want the videos automatically embedded in the post; I just want them to be links. No matter what I've tried, though, the post appears with the videos embedded, which throws off the formatting of the post and shows screen captures that don't need to be seen every time someone opens the thread.
Here's a screenshot showing a preview of my post; note that the two YT links are just links, as I want them to be:
I ensured that both "Automatically parse links in text" and "Automatically embed media (requires automatic parsing of links in text to be on)." are deselected. Despite that, when I click "Save Changes" and the post loads I see this:
Embedded videos! Why?! Are they not showing up as embedded for other folks? Is it just stuck in my cache that way? I've tried refreshing the page to no avail.

Did any of the admins ever have a chance to dig into this? I just went back to the thread I posted about initially and tried to edit it again; I'm still unable to remove the embedded videos. The preview shows just the links, but once I click submit, the embedded videos appear.
