Is there a minimum post count in place before you can post a listing?
It just tells me that I do not have permission to post when I click new thread. Trying to list winter tires from my GLE I sold recently
Thanks,
Ryan

I'd also like to see a little more transparency here. I get it's to stop scams, but sites with an actual listed requirement and email verification usually do a pretty good job. I came here to post my c63 for sale because it's not getting much love locally, but dont want to just sit here making random replies not knowing how many is enough or if I have to wait a certain amount of time

Well it's 2023 there are better ways to detect and disable scammers. Making random posts just to get permission to post something for sale or WTB (in my case) is a waste of time.
The mechanism should be as simple as using ML to detect and delete bot posts/accounts within 0.01 sec. It's that easy..

I looked through our contacts to see we have no email from you. Atleast not from the email address you currently have associated with your account, which was created two days ago.
To help protect the community from Scammers and Spammers we have some very basic requirements that need to be met in order to unlock the Marketplace. This is not specific to MBWorld. Regarding "transparency", it's not something to fully disclose as it could be used to circumvent the protections for the community. MBWorld is a community of owners and enthusiasts, first.

This is an old thread, but I have the same problem. I've been a member for a long time - granted, I can't even remember the last time I posted. Wanted to list my car for sale, but get the same message. Guess I'll go-a-posting and wait to see what happens.
