Bluetooth Phone Off

Hello im trying to get my bluetooth handsfree to work on my 08 R350, but every time i have my bluetooth on my phone and press the TEL button on the COMMAND it says "PHONE OFF". Is there something i am doing wrong? I know that i have bluetooth in the armrest compartment, but its not working for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Did you pair your phone with the Bluetooth device in the armrest? Did you enter the code?

I can't even pair it with any of my phones.. I tried my son's, my wife's and my phone but it shows that no devices found.

Have you turned on the power on your bluetooth puck? Do you see a blue light at the bottom of that puck? If not, press and hold the switch of the puck - it's the clicking part at the bottom portion of it.

Once on, it should be discoverable by your bluetooth device. I believe the code is MBUSA - if you're in the States.

I think it found the device but my phone is asking for a PIN. I typed MBUSA but no luck. Maybe there's another PIN for this?

Ras - what he's saying is that the code - apparently for all phones - is MBUSA.
