Hahaha, the part that made me laugh the most was a question one of the "potential buyers" asked:

Question: Just wondered if you have ever tried the self destruct button on the control panel?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Thats hilarous! you need to put a NLS label for NOT LIBRARY SAFE on this thread. Im studying up for finals, er, taking a break from doing so, and i laughed hard when i saw that thing! My goodness, in a wreck that massive roof mount TV would knock your head off! Hilarious!!!!!!!!!! wonder how much it would cost to update all those electronics to post-WW2 specs. I bet the weight saved would knock a full 2 seconds of that things 1/4 mile!!!!!

The car belongs to Howie Long. It's Radio Shack's upcomming sponsor ride for 06'.

If the seller deducted the cost to remove all that crap it would be an ok automobile.

"Hold on guys, let me just pull over and run out back to hit rewind on the VHS"

Weak, really weak.

Actually now that I think of it, this car may have been picked up somewhere in the middle east, Iraq maybe.

I just remember hearing a story a while ago about a U.S. soldier comming across a unique old school benz over there with all types of security that may have belonged to a very high ranking Iraq pollitician. With the chance of it transporting Sadam at one point.

The kicker to the story was that the U.S. soldier picked it up for very cheap when we moved in but couldn't find out anything about previous ownership other that it was special ordered years ago from Iraq.

Not saying thats the car, even Sadam would find humor in that thing! The fact that the seller says there is a void in it's history made me think of it.

I think this thing is very cool. Anyone can build a car loaded with DVD's, PS2's and other modern crap, all that takes is money.

This thing was built with state of the art technoligy for the day, I'd like to have it in my collection, it's rare.

my machanic was telling me about an old R129 that was almost the same as this S class. it was for the government for drug stings.... so im guessing that this car is from the good ol' government.
