I would check/replace the motor mounts and go from there. If they are not collapsed when you check them, then you may have a more serious issue like an engine wiring harness in need of replacement.
I may be incorrect on this but replacing the mounts on a 104 engine like yours is fairly straightforward. They run about $200 in the aftermarket for a pair or you can check eBay.

Now if they are gone what happens if I dont replace them would it damage my engine after a while. I hardly ever drive on a side of town with bumpy streets! Also, what makes you guess it is the engine mounts and not a problem with the engine?

The reason why it sounds like engine mounts is because when it is in park and the drivetrain is not engaged there is no movement in the car.
