Exhaust/muffler tips look flush?
I've read that most of the tips look terrible from the side.
I have an 03 s500 with the standard body with AMG 18s.
Do you think I should get these or keep it stock?
Will these look bad from the side as well?

Chrome exhaust tips
I've been hesitant for the same reason, none of the add-on's look right from the side, and a couple I've seen don't even vent the exhaust out of the rear, the connector pipe goes straight through the tip and the exhaust goes out the bottom.

Thats nice but I definitely don't want to be spending that kind of money for mufflers.
These slip on tips have a hole at the bottom as well. I'm just more concerned about how it looks from the side. I think these might look okay.
Anybody have these specific tips?

Well I have the tips from ebay that vent out the bottom. To be honest they don't look that bad. The only thing is 2 years later some of the black paint has chipped off. I you like them go for it. They aren't that expensive so it wouldn't be a great loss.

Actually there are 1 kind on eBay that are "just as good". I purchased the C32 exhaust for my car, but the tip that I had gotten from eBay (sold them) were exactly the same dimensions as the exhaust tips on an AMG muffler and pretty much the same. These tips are the ones for the 4-exhaust setup on the S-Class.

Save your money man. I have a friend of mine who bought these exact tips and when you are walking towards the car from the side they looked as if part of them have been chopped off. Don't want to give those guys with the Beamers something to laugh at.

true beamers need are haters.. even though benz are proven to be faster and have better handling..im not sure what the big fuss though
