Testfitting the location.
Took the H/E off so the ambient air wont heat up the ic water. Since with a killer chiller there is no need for the H/E anymore. Also flow for aircon radiator is much better now
Made a bracket and welded it all in place. Updated the pump to a 34 gallon pm ewp (overkill?)
Rear tank for ice cold water in the trunk.
Foamed the tank in for perfect insulation.

Today put my kleemann lsd in. Was a very easy and quick job.
Taking diff out
Cleaning the diff before opening it.
Cleaned and ready to open
Open and tearing it apart
Some writing on factory gear. Was wondering if this is normal?
Taking off crownwheel
Putting crownwheel back on kleemann lsd 100nm and 30 degrees torque spec
Putting it all back
Setting the crownwheel tangential clearance
Perfect spec nice and tight.

Sure will update that. In my country average temps where 100/115 intake temps on idle. And even a bit higher when making some pulls.
I am this week installing injector dynamics ID725 injectors and convert to car to run only on E85.

Interesting upgrade. Please update us on any performance gain. I'm jealous of the shop. Where are the located?

I'd be interested to see how much longer heat soaking is staved off with the Killer Chiller mod. It'd be also nice to see how much more power is made with colder, denser air the KC is putting out. Nice pics!

I am located in Bangkok thailand. As for now it isnt a shop. Its just my private garage. But thinking about opening soon as a work shop for customers.

Nice. I recognized the tiles floor and I'm telling myself the shop must be in Asia. Thanks for sharing.

Which of rotors and pads are you using? OEM is so dusty and I'm not happy with Bosch, Brembo, Posi Quiet,...

I can't find Okebono for 2005 S600. Thinking about EBC Redstuff right now...

Gonna make the car run on E85 and putting injector dynamics ID725 injectors in it.

That's interesting that you can remove the injectors without touching the fuel rail. I couldn't figured out how to do it.

I can find Okebono for 2002 and older but not the W220 latest years. Strange that Nakamoto have front brake pads but not rear. Have any one tried Nakamoto?

I never seen any of those brands here. We just only you oem. For the prices we pay for the cars here nobody cares about brake pads prices. We have 400% import tax. New price for a 600 is 600/700k usd. And second hand we pay still the same for a w220 as you guys pay for a brand new w222

It was a simple and cheap job fixing the 2 lcd screens. Now all works perfect again.
Broken head unit lcd
Broken aircon unit lcd
Tearing down the headunit
Taken out the lcd and replaced it
