"I have a w220 s430 that my voltage keeps dropping..."
No immediate answer, but perhaps a few questions will lead someone to a viable suggestion.
Do you mean that the system voltage will intermittently drop to a lower voltage reading, and then go back to a proper reading?
Or, do you mean that the system voltage was originally 14.4 vdc, then it was 13.6, then 12.9, etc.?
How and where are you measuring the voltage?
What is the voltage?
Does the voltage vary with differing conditions? How?
Are there any other symptoms, such as flickering lights, fan speed dropping, slow starter speed, etc., etc.?
Has any work been done to the car recently?

The navigation system and alarm siren box are two common causes of drain
have you removed the nav disc and pulled fuses ?
You can get a "remote battery disconnect " on Amazon for $49 to stop battery drain with the click of a keyfob remote until you pinpoint the issue
