Reset of service indicator challenge
W220, 320CDI, 2003.
For fun reasons I tried to resetting the service indicator with ICarSoft tester. After this it’s only saids service has to be done, and it’s not possible to reset at normal procedure with the R button. I can only switch between a and b service and it saids service has to be done and The oil status does not work.
Anybody have a clue with this challenge?
Thank you very much.

- Zündung einschalten.
- Taster Systemauswahl
- Resetknopf
für 3 Sekunden drücken. In der Multifunktionsanzeige erscheint die Abfrage "WOLLEN SIE DAS SERVICEINTERVALL ZURÜCKSETZEN? BESTÄTIGUNG MIT R-TASTE". - Resetknopf

This seems to be a challenge for me.
Every time I start the car it comes up with the service indicator.
Like I write in the start topic it’s not possible to reset the service indicator anymore with the R button.
Please see attached photos. Do anybody know how to total reset the instrument display? Maybe this will work.
(I have tried with normally reset in display, but this do not work.
But the problem with the service indicator did first start after I tried to reset the service indicator with ICarSoft.

I found a very clever technical person that could program the instrument cluster with the Star tester. The ICarSoft tester had totally damage the software in the instrument cluster.
