New Steering Wheel, Chip and Maybach Style Tray Tables Installed Pics !!!!
One thing I have wished for ever since I purchased my S500 was for a thicker sportier steering wheel. I was looking on ebay and found a company who offers Sport Steering wheels for the W220 and was introduced to Eurorev.com I just arrived back from their location this morning after the install of a Eurorev PowerChip, Eurorev Steering Wheel, and the Eurorev Tray Tables for Back Seat Passengers, and all I can say is I wish I did it earlier.
Upgrade #1 Chip
The Eurorev ECU boosts the S500 power to 323 hp from 302hp and 362 lbs of torque from 339 stock. You can tell an immediate difference with the chip. The cars feels more smooth throughout the powerband, and there is not much lag between the accelator and the transmission. 20 hp from a Naturally Aspirated V8 is very impressive. Defintely recommended. I had the Eurorev ECU in my last car a BMW 540i and it worked so well, I had to have one for my Benz.
Upgrade #2 Sport Steering Wheel
The steering wheel is defintely the first thing that needs to be upgrade in the S class. The stock steering wheel is just way too skinny and soft. The new Eurorev steering wheels is very meaty and just feels great to hold.
Upgrade #3 Maybach Style Tray Tables
When I saw the new interior of the Maybach, the thing that caught my attention was the attention to detail and how luxurious the interior was. Now I have seen the Brabus style interior for the S-Class, but it was so pricey. Now Eurorev has the back tray tables Maybach style in your choice of wood and leather to match your stock interior for only $599 a side. I thought it was too good of a deal, and had to have it.
I have also included a few pictures of my 2003 headlight and taillight upgrade. I have to say the So. Cal S Class owners really do have the best shops in the country to do the job. I highly recommend Autowerkes Express in San Diego for your headlight Bi Xenon Conversions, and Eurorev.com in Gardena for any interior parts upgrades for your cars. I am actually thinking about picking up a Front Brembo Big Brake system from Eurorev.com in the near fututre.

That wheel looks really good I to think that almost all stock wheels are to skinny only wheel I thought was pretty decent is the Ferrari 360 modena and 575 Wheels. That wheel is grea though, You need some Brabus monoblocks or AMG 19's.

Does the hood come with the grill. I might actually have to think about getting that upgrade. I thought the hood and the front bumper were going to be way more than that. I love the AMG 03 and up front bumper.

I didn't go that route though, did you see the new SL style grill w/the huge Mercedes star that Esntrk1 just got? well they have 1 that fits the new body style, I purchased 1 and it comes w/black fins w/chrome strips on the front w/little black mesh behind the star, It looks just like his (only bigger new body style)
I told the bodyshop to paint the black fins brilliant silver to match my car and only leave the black mesh behind the big chrome star.
I haven't seen anyone w/this combo before I can't wait to see it!! I'll be posting pic's as soon as I get it back.....

I have a few questions for Cyan740I
Has the chip made any Difference in mpg?
Will the car pass Smog?
Can it be reverted back to Stock easily?
Is there a noticeable difference in 0-60 times?
I am interested inthe chip, and who did you deal with at Evo
