Lowering the W221
Im new to the w221 threads. I have had several s600s and I always used washers to lower the car with no issues.

What methods are there besides the lowering module to lower the 221's

2007 Escalade EXT, Stealth TT 600 AWHP
Lowering module is THE way to go. A couple people I know went from the links to module, and were so much happier.

i went with the a Brabus module... but i hear the RennTech one is good also...

Will there be any issue with the dealer ? Will they void the warranty ?

Any AMG Thats Around..
the New Generation RennTech ELM has been released, i think.... no warrany issues, as it is plug and play... no more splicing i heard!

s450 4matic AMG Pkg.
The technician at a MB dealer told me to bring my w221 after hours for him to lower. He connected the car to the computer system they had and lowered the air suspension about 1.5 inch. The car looks beautiful and ride quality/warantee is not sacrificed. He said this is the european standard. I can still raise the car if I need to. Total operation time about 30 min and cost $300 tip

Can you post some pics? Maybe even a couple of close ups of the wheel wells?

Carlsson plug and play
Carlsson is the only one to have a true plug and play solution. 5 minutes installation, it's been in the market for about a year. Everybody else is way behind of the subject. Cutting and splicing on MB is a crime!
