for S550 with capri blue and savannah tan also, leaning away from tinting windows (except) rear as color contrast of interior and exterior is appealing any opinions appreciated thanks

IIRC, capri blue looks rather violet-purplish in many lights....not that there's anything wrong w/that....but would argue maj blk is a far more elegant dk blue color....

Does anyone put pinstripes on a car w/o whitewall tires, wire wheel covers and a vinyl roof?

Would argue tinted windows are not aesthetically consistent, unless part of a full rapper-look package....22"+ wheels; lowering; extra-loud exhaust; '08 600 exhaust tips; permanently reclined driver's seat; XXL aftermkt cupholders; and multiple gun compartments....

agree that majestic black is elegant color, as is capri blue

stripes rather than part of a garish approach serve as a subtle yet effective method of complimenting a powerful color

my post suggested "leaning away" from tinted windows - but putting on rearview unless you know of a better way to help rear shade minimize headlight glare appreciate your interest

Why tacky up such a fine car with a stripe?
Try the rear sunshade for minimizing glare. Don't have one? Then tint your rear window, but leave the sides as is as they're already somewhat factory tinted and it would get a little dark inside otherwise...

Tinted windows are pretty nice, keep people from staring. I love the privacy.

But my car is black, so it looks perfect. It's all the same color.
