That looks like 12% off the MSRP. The best I have been able to do is 7% off. So that looks ok. Payments mean nothing without knowing the money factor, and thus the interest rate. What are those numbers?

NO!
2010 S63
But....I still love my S63 - it's easily THE most enjoable car I've driven. The handling is immaculate - amazing actually. I love taking corners at 60 mph in this thing. Hugs curves like you wouldn't believe. At stop lights, I roll my windows down just a bit so I can listen to the roar from the exhausts...... (yeah yeah yeah I know I sound juvenile, but hey what are we all on mbworld for? )

You are right ,
Taking tight corners with ABC is THE most enjoyable thing in my car. Especially if I have unexpected passenger. Your AMG, obviously must be even better.
Exhaust note?
Sometimes I wish I had one, but if so...
I roll my windows down, all the way down and play (really loud) Wagner's Valkrie.
One thing,
I do it when nobody is around
Now. That's juvenile.
Mark.

AG, it would be almost criminal for you to get a '10 S63; would strongly suggest '10 S65 (if you need a kid-hauler, o/w get CL65)
Would argue for any car nut (like most on mbworld) a 65 is worth every penny in extra cost over 63....legendary tq; properly elegant leather interior....and, to be candid, find 63 exhaust note overly exuberant/poseurish given how feeble is 63 tq
65 exhaust note, both upon start-up and from inside of bank vault-like, sealed-up interior, is epic, yet elegantly intimidating, esp when doing 70-xxx blasts on fwy
Save yourself some bucks by test-driving latest S/CL65 (AMG only solved 65's traction and reliability issues perhaps in MY09) vs 63 before signing up for another 63
After owning many new CL550/600/63 030/65, still view new 65 as best value in MB lineup

That's what I'm pushing for. S65. Add 2 digits to 63 (and $50k.) and heeeere goes Johny...
But to no avail. Maybe the test drive will change things around?

WSH - I agree. No dispute from me. The S65 is the undisputed king of MB (even more so than the CL65 IMO).
But...............
I can't afford the almost $70k price difference. I like to either buy my cars outright or put > 70% down, and...... with that price diff, I can't do it.
Again, I would drool to own an S65 but when comparing "little AMG bro S63", he's no slouch either and some would even argue that the engine tone (exhaust roar) AND initial blast-off (torque) capability is sweeter on little bro . I can tell you that I can roast some serious rubber if I step on my 63.
