Anyone have a sprint booster on their w221?
I think the pedal response on the s550 is to slow for my liking so I purchased a sprint booster from a fellow member (second hand), I loved it when I had it on my E-Class.But the booster did not work on my S in fact it said "ESP INOPERATIVE" and tripped the engine light now. So I yanked it out and esp light turned off but engine light still on. So I'll have to make a trip to the dealer to hopefully reset it. So if anyone thinking of it, let everyone know if it worked for you. I wish I had better luck with it.

Really why the heck does it do nothing for me, except throw off dash lights. I plugged it in and no throttle at all. Like I stated earlier I loved it in my E-Class.

Cannot exchange it, bought second hand from a member here. Here was the ad. From what I here it is working because I resold it and the buyer states it is very aggressive pedal feel.

Logic dictates, that after eliminating Sprint Booster as a defective device, working on every car but yours, the next step would be....
replace the car.
