Very much doubt it. Looks like a possible W221 that fortunately didn't make it to production.

The more I look at it, the more it looks like a poorly Photoshopped image.

That's exactly what it is. A mix of the current S and E.

The back looks like the W221 with pasted on A8 headlights put sideways...definitely not the W222

The guy trying to cover the car is amusing but what is more amusing is they took the trouble of sending a car WITHOUT 4MATIC for winter testing in Sweden

Did they just want to check and make sure that rear wheel drive (still) handles poorly on snow as evidenced in the video?
