The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Both sets of mufflers bodies looked the same other than the tips. Almost looked like the S65 tips could slide onto the S63 mufflers.
You can tell if for S63 or S65 if inlet diameter is approx. 2-5/8" to 2-3/4" in. All others approx. 2-1/4" to 2-3/8" inlet diameter.
Weird how that part number does not come up on EPC.
I suspect those are for the facelifted S550 due to the inlets on the tips are somewhat oval.

1- finding the appropriate bumper and diffuser
2- ensuring that the fit doesn't require cutting/welding pipes.
For the first bit, as this is a pre-facelift and wanting to stick to that era, not sure if the facelift exhaust changed tips will fit? check out @Mike5215 's post from 2015

For the second part, @kociboss says they had to adapt the pipes and that's from a S550 - https://mbworld.org/forums/s-class-w...-amg-w221.html
Both members haven't logged in for a long time, so hoping someone might have had experience with this?
