The parts are in the thread, in the pics and in the text during the installation. No I do not have a list of all the parts.

If your car is spec'd with the rear fridge, there should be a small, black socket fitted to the left hand side of the fridge opening tunnel (Right side if it's on a W222)

The plug on the fridge plugs into the socket and it is keyed so will only fit in one way...

This photo shows where it would be on a W221

Just got this installed in my 2012 S350 Bluetec, thank you @Nuru for sharing your installation with us here, it was extremely helpful. My purpose was mainly to gain the ski bag. I'll add the fridge too, mainly as a conversation piece, but also as a spot for my kids to stash their drinks when we visit the beach or on long trips.

There are some differences in the part numbers that I found during my installation:

1. The cabin side take up device part number 221-840-00-55 is only for the rear bench seat. I have the rear seat package with the power/massage rear seats, the part number was 221-840-03-55 for rear seat package vehicles.
2. The plastic power connector holder part number 129-690-01-14-9051 has been discontinued and is now NLA. It has been replaced with p/n 222-690-22-02-9051 instead. I ordered the newer 222 part number, but the part I received had the old 129 number on it, so guessing it must be the exact same thing.
3. The trunk side cover door p/n 221-840-01-55 comes with the ski bag included! If you want the ski bag, you do not need to order it separately.
4. This thread did not include the p/n for the screws that attach the trunk side cover door, those screws are p/n N000000000529 and you need four of them.

I was not able to order any of this stuff through dealers here in the US. Tried more than one, and they all said the parts were unavailable. I shopped around a few different retailers in Europe, and at least here in late 2022, the source that appeared to have the most favorable pricing with USA shipping, was mercteil.com. Note I have no affiliation with them, just sharing where and how I procured the parts. If you have a better source, please share.

There are a number of steps to remove the rear seats if you have the rear seat package. I found this youtube video helpful in describing the process:

I did not find it necessary to entirely remove the rear seat sections. After unbolting them, I left all the electric and pneumatic stuff connected - the cables are long enough, you only need to move them a little bit to allow for installation of the cabin side take up device.

The little cushion piece in the center, just above the arm rest opening, was a challenge to figure out. I couldn't find anywhere that clearly described how the thing is supposed to come out. There are no obvious external fasteners. Messed with it for probably an hour before figuring it out. In the photo below, I am holding it oriented as installed in the car. You insert a screw driver from above (the vertical red line) and use it to push the plastic tab forwards (towards front of car) to release the clip on each side. While doing so, push up on the piece from below, and it will disengage.

The ski bag installs via the trunk, you simply pass it through the opening and the frame clicks into place. In the cabin, there is a strap around the bag, made of what appears to be seat belt webbing. It has a metal clip on the end, shown resting on the seat in this photo. Does anyone know how this is meant to attach? I cannot see any obvious place to clip this onto.

There is a metal bracket that the clip of the ski bag clips onto in order to keep it in place.

If you remove the centre section of the lower rear seat squab, you should see two, small dents where the bracket screws to. If you are retrofitting this, you will need to use self-drilling screws or drill a couple of pilot holes in order to use self tapping screws.

This is the bracket you need, I don't know the part number I'm afraid, but this is the one that came from my car when I removed it and the ski-bag, in order to fit the fridge. If you can't get hold of the bracket from a dealer, you are more than welcome to have this for the cost of postage....

Ended up buying a used fridge from eastern Europe, from ebay. Was only a few hundred $, looked good in the photos. "Like new" the seller said. I received it, and it did work and cool properly:

... but the seller made no mention of the damaged electric cable. Instead of the plug that attaches to the car for power, I had two raw wires. Seller claimed it was like this when they bought it, and they've been using it like this with no issues. Huh? What kind of third world bull-Scheiße is this?? Not worth the shipping cost to return it. I guess I'll be repairing it then.

I looked up the parts required to repair this cable. The connector pins are p/n 013-545-79-28 and you'll need two of them. The plastic pin housing is p/n 012-545-05-28. Total cost for the two pins and pin housing was under $15.

The first step is to trim the wire ends to have a clean start. Then strip about 8 mm of the jacket, and solder on the pins. You'll have something like this:

Slide the two pins into the pin housing. Make sure you have them in the correct positions! You can determine the correct position by using your multimeter on the female connector, to find which side is positive, and which side is negative. Or just look at my photos here for comparison. The wire positions shown in these photos are correct for my 2012 S350 bluetec.

Lastly, fold the pin housing cover down and snap it closed. You now have a brand new connector, ready to plug in. Hopefully this will help someone else who finds they have a damaged fridge connector. I believe the w220, w221, and w222 all use this same connector for the refrigerator.

Hi George....

Just checking if you managed to fit the bracket for the ski bag clip?

I called the Mercedes-Benz dealership today to get all of the parts I need to install my refrigerator. Bracket, cover, cut out back trunk wall, (I can cut mine) electrical harnesses etc. But my vin doesn't bring up the parts because it didn't come equipped with the refrigerator. Any chance of giving me all the part #. See attachment, I need everything, I have the refrigerator
