Cell Phone / Smart Phone Holder

What Cell Phone / Smart Phone Holder do you guys use in your W221's?

I am used to a device that locks into the CD slot, but that is not doable on the W221 due to the CD slot being hidden.

I would welcome any input, possibly a picture as well as make and model of what you are using.

Thanks in advance.

I'm also interested in getting a phone holder ... currently don't want to install anything permanent, so looking at buying something like this:

I used to have a similar device which did not work very well. I also would like to avoid to obstruct the airvents to keep maximum airflow.

I use a phone holder that goes into the cup holder. I did not want to mount my phone on my windshield or on top of my dash because that gets in the way of my view and mounting in the vents are not very stable since the the vents have the knob in the center. All of these options are okay but the mount themselves do fall once in a while. I went with this one and it is completely secured because it doesn't need to stick to any surfaces, it literally sits in the cup holder. It's also out of the way so doesn't block my view and now I can use all air vents.

The Kuda phone mount is the way to go.

look in the centre console for the UHI socket....

if you have one you buy the merc puck or the viseeo MB-3 / M-B4, clip that in, then you leave the phone in your pocket where it belongs

That is the weirdest thing I've ever seen.

My suggestion is to install an Android headunit and install one of these in the center console, connect the phone to the android unit with wireless carplay. That's what I did.

I don't like things blocking the vents, or on the dashboard. The Kuda blends into the interior of the W221 seamlessly. I took the mount off and replaced it with a magnet. It looks completely stock to the car.

Completely hidden...auto clamping. Pretty nice if you ask me.
