Is your leg blocking the door from closing?

It does if you slam it.

Any codes in the door module? Soft close is one of the luxuries that goes with a low battery voltage. Start there.

Does it work on the other doors?

You could try manually latching the door whilst it's open... Use a pen to roll the latch to the second stop, then release it with the inside handle and try closing it as a reset from the manual unlocking from your previous issue.

The doors don’t have soft-close; it’s probably just that something is too low. But if I slam it hard, it closes.

At 0:22, you can see that the door doesn’t fully close. Even after several attempts, it still doesn’t work, and the handle is also stiff when I try to open it compared to the other doors.

Either there is some piece of door seal loose and preventing the door from fully closing (unless closed with force), or the door is sagging on the hinges.

Either way, a body shop can sort it in short order.

mine does it - the rubbish design of the exterior door handle had issues in the early cars - it binds up and stays fractionally ajar - meaning the door catch doesn't function - you shut the door and it bounces open

there was an early TIPS doc about it and either handle replacement and or cut down part of the handle to open up its clearance
my rears have done it for years as I seldom operate them - crud builds up over winter and this is often enough to cause the issue - clean with a tooth brush and lube and it still pays up

wd40 tends to swell seals so doesn't help
ACF 50 also was never quite the right thing
Silicon lube doesn't seem to work either

doesn't matter how much you clean or how liberally you apply lube - best cure is to use the car

my drivers door has just spent 2 weeks doing it - cleaned sprayed wd40 as it was lying around - helped a bit - but its exercise that's the real solution

I experienced the same issue with the driver's door. After one year of owning the car, it began to exhibit similar symptoms to the passenger door, and one of the rear doors wasn’t functioning at all. The soft-close feature was unreliable, working only in about 10 out of 100 attempts. I took the car to a reputable local service that is not an authorised dealership. They performed preventive maintenance and revised all the doors, as well as the two side blinds that were noisy when retracting and lifting. After the car had been with them for 24 hours, they informed me that the mechanisms, wires, and locks had not been correctly assembled during previous interventions. Thankfully, everything is now functioning well; the doors pull closed, operate correctly, and there are no noises or issues with under-closing. The total cost for this service was a modest 650 Euros ($767), including taxes.
