Stuck CD players in 2015 S550, any idea ?

2015 S550
Angry Stuck CD players in 2015 S550, any idea ?
I have loaded 5 cd's in my 2015 S550 and they worked fine for one week. Just happen last week I was programing my garage door opener on the rear view mirror of the car and I started hearing a clicking sound coming from the CD player that comes and goes every two seconds.
Attempts to eject the CD's Failed. CD's will not play either. Now, I am stuck with a clicking sound all the time, very annoying !!

Hold the eject butting in for about 10 seconds with car running if I recall. IT will do a total reset on the system.

You have a CD player in your car? Lol. I have a MY15 S550 4matic and no CD player.

I hope (and assume) you are kidding since it is standard equipment on a ‘15 S550 4matic. My ‘14 and my ‘16 S550 4matics had the 6 disk CD player as standard equipment. On my ‘19 S63 I had to order the single disk CD player that goes in the glove box. Yes I am an old guy that still likes CDs.

It did not work, took to the MB dealer and attempted to reset but did not work. They had to replace the command system with a cost of $7000

I leave CDs in my home audio but it works fine but in Mercedes-Benz it poses a problem ,strange
