Was silver grey and black interior available on the 2021-2022 S500...?
The beige and grey interior, although beautiful, is a little too light for me - especially with the beige steering wheel.

That gray is a great interior I agree.

Apart from that, I see sone things in the front seat/dash photo that don't appeal to me one bit. Divided console access; large screen in front of the wheel; what are those two oblong controls at each end of the dash? Shame.

The exclusive napa interior is a huge upgrade IMO

These level of luxury simply hold no attraction for me. I get all the bang for my bucks I need with the plain Jane approach on an S Class.

Several of the 2021 new S Class videos produced by Mercedes show the S500 with the silver grey and black interior - it looks fantastic.
However, it looks like very few of them made it to the US.
Black is nice, and classy looking - but after awhile driving in it day after day - to me, it gets rather "cold" feeling and dark.
The beige and gray is very nice - I just don't like a matching beige steering wheel/column. Maybe if they gave it an matching grey steering wheel/column? lol
However, if I couldn't find the silver grey and black - it would be a choice between black and beige.
As for the sienna brown - it looks more orange in every video and most pictures I have seen.
Not sure what exactly is up with all of the orange-ish interiors lately - BMW's "cognac", Cadillac's "cinnamon", etc.

I tend to always come back to black interiors. They're just very classy, I never get tired of them, they never look dingy...
