If you look down a couple threads there is a discussion of the S65 vs. Flying Spur that will give you a lot of comments and info.

Personally, I wouldn't hesitate in choosing the Spur. The rush of Bi-Turbo engine (though heavy) is incredible. Not quite in the same league as Naturally Aspirated V8, plus B's fit & finish much better, especially w Mulliner package......

I'll say one thing about the Spur, it would make a great Mafia hit man's car . . . the trunk is big enough to hide at least four bodies, and still have enough room for a couple sets of golf clubs.

I would be in the Spur before an S63
I am actually contemplating trading my S65 in for a Flying Spur Speed.
I think I will have a better value in the Speed Flying Spur than my depreciating S65!!

Go Spur, if you can, go Speed, with the ceramic brakes. The speed is supposed to pull like no other at the high end. Plus, I think the interior is a bit more interesting.

VALUE FLYING SPUR? I dont think so..... Friend of mine bought 1 90k its an 07 black black plat edition.
8000 miles.
I was like no way!!!! he was to deciding s65 or flying spur. He end up with the spur coz it was cheaper. Their value is about the same benz might be tad bit lower.

Yeah
I heard the Flying Spur Speed and the Continental GT Speed can be ECU'd to up over 700 HP very easily.... Then you're talking 0 to 60 MPH in maybe the very high 3 second range in a huge AWD Bentley! Now that is pretty awesome... I've still yet to hear from anybody on any info about the availability of extended warranties for used Bentley's though... I mean can you imagine the cost of fixing things on a Bentley? Might make even the toughest man cry....

Interior...
The interior of the Bentley is definitely superior. Mine has the madrona wood. As for warranty. I got the CPO from the dealer which knock on wood has not been used much.

I would go with the Bentley any day, and I am one of the biggest MB and S-Class fans around. The two are in different leagues. Plus the interior of the S63 is just disappointing for a car of that cost. The twin-turbo V12 in the Bentley is just amazing, get it while they are still in existence before the green nuts kill off V12s altogether.
I was very fortunate to have attended several Bentley events, one at the Pocono raceway where I got to drive the GT Speed and the Flying Spur around the track. The Spur is the way to go!
I will post pics from this event later.

In anticipation of purchasing a new GT speed, I sold an 07' Aston Martin DB9 in the summer of '08, which I had purchased new the year before, and for that traded in an '07 MB CLS 63.)
I had placed an order for a new ('09) Bentley, and before it arrived sought to renegotiate the price, but the dealer would not budge from the original deal which had been struck in July '08, which was list less $3k. I cancelled that order and bought the one I now have. While I have never bought a used car before (except in my youth), it seems that for very high end cars, except Ferraris , the first year depreciation hit is enormous.
Of those three cars, the GT Speed, which is all wheel drive, is the most fun to drive, the most beautifully finished and the fastest from 0-60. While personal preferences vary, for me the GT Speed is also the most aggressive in appearance and the DB9 the most beautiful and eye catching.
