HELP - CPO transfer
I've read on mbworld and MBUSA that when buying a car CPO'd for the current private seller, that CPO warranty will pass to me, a private buyer.
HOWEVER - that is not what my dealer says, not what another dealer near me told me and not what the dealership that sold said car as CPO told me.
Car is 2020 S63 sold initially 2/2020 and as CPO 6/2021, so factory warranty ends 2/2024 and CPO ends 2/2025. Guy selling the car insists it will transfer, but all dealers are all telling me ONLY the factory warranty will follow the car and transfer to me, NOT the extra year of CPO.
I do feel stupid about asking this, when, as noted above, I've read it on here and even MBUSA, but I'm wondering if maybe something changed during COVID and this is no longer the case.
Looking for any and all input ASAP, as I'm either buying the car Thursday or I'm not buying it at all. Thanks

Call Mercedes Benz Financial Services and they will guide you thru it, I did a transfer in the past but was in 2013!!
