Current Incentives 2024/2025 GLE
Does anyone know if the AMEX and BJs Wholesale Club $3000 incentives are stackable or is it one or the other?

I believe the BJs/Costco/Sams car buying program goes through their buying portal. The AMEX program looks like you just need to confirm the dealer is listed (amexnetwork.truecar.com) and upon completion report a purchase the to AMEX. I suppose it is possible that you could double dip (not mentioning anything to dealer) by going through the wholesale club portal first, paying at least $2,000 on AMEX with a AMEX listed dealer then reporting the purchase. Don't forget to reference the current Mercedes GLE incentive of $1,500 (quote below) if you are financing.
Credit towards first month’s payment, up to a total maximum credit amount of $1,500, applies only to the lease or finance of select new Mercedes-Benz 2024 GLE SUV and EQE SUV vehicles (excluding GLE Coupe models) through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (“MBFS”). Qualified customers only. Subject to credit approval by MBFS. Must take delivery between May 1, 2024 and July 1, 2024. Certain exclusions apply. See your participating authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer for complete details."

Can you link where you're seeing this? The 2024 GLE350's only qualify for a potential fleet incentive (produced via a control number) of $500. There is also $2,500 dealer cash on the the 2024 GLE450 and GLE53 SUV's. You can use the fleet incentive to bump that to $3,000 in leu of the dealer cash. 2025's aren't out yet.

If you go on the American Express Auto Purchasing Program you’ll be able to look at the current incentives I believe it’s $3000 for the 2024 GLE not sure if it applies to the 2025 model nor do I know if you can also use the BJs Club at the same time. People have mentioned you can but I’d have to check with the sales person. I’m not a BJs Club member but I do have AMEX.

There's also MBCA, Mercedes Benz Club of America with rebates up to $11,000 they say. It'll depend on the year, the model, and it changes regularly.
I used it with my last two purchases, the most recent being 2021. It was a fleet purchase - I got a fleet number and they entered it at closing.

I ordered a 2025 GLE AMG 53 no estimate on delivery and no pricing yet was hoping to be able to use the AMEX incentive as well as any other applicable ones. If I don’t like the pricing and dealership don’t allow the AMEX incentives might try to locate a similar optioned 2024. There are definitely a lot more of incentives now as opposed to previous years my only concern is that they only apply on the 2024 models and not the 2025s.

GLE 450e - 2024 Negotiating
We are looking into buying a 450e. Looked around in the NJ area and the models available at dealers are all about 80K and loaded with features we don’t want. So considering making a special order with only things we need. My question is can I negotiate the price on a special order & if so how much is possible. Considering that it is June & I’m getting a 2024 model. (I’m aware of the 7500 towards lease program but I’m interested in buying vs leasing it).

There appears to be a misconception of what AMEX/BJ instant cash incentives are. The following is my understanding of it after going through the process:
These are considered "fleet" programs and most (all?) official dealers accept them. The bonus cash incentive is stackable with whatever else you get from the dealer as it doesn't come out of your dealers pocket. As you go through your purchase, the dealer subtracts this amount from your sales price and then bills MBUSA to get the money back.
The mechanics are - you go to Amex Bonus Cash landing page, verify your Amex account with Plaid, your get a form with a coupon code, you fill it, sign it and give it to your dealer so they can process it as part of your purchase. The name on the Amex account / form MUST MATCH the name on your purchase and sales agreement.
That's it.

Also, compare the fleet discount available through the Benz Club, MBCA.
Be aware though, that these fleet programs may change between your order time and the delivery date, and the fleet program in effect at the time of delivery is what you get.
It may be different from when you ordered. The dealer has no control of this.
