So has anyone else received the below attached email offering a $4k voucher to be used at the dealership? I haven't investigated it yet as the dealer is closed, but I plan on reaching out tomorrow to my service manager. It looks like it can be used for some really helpful things, and I am cautiously applauding MB for doing something right for its customers spending 150k++ on their vehicles.

Interesting, so they are rewarding customers for completing recalls?
That is a first but good for them nonetheless.
Goes to show just how many problems newer generation MBs/AMGs have that they voluntarily compensate existing customers for the trouble they had to go through with an unfinished product. Ship now, fix later seems to be the modus operandi these days. Waiting for the FL model has never been as good as an advise as now. Hopefully by then things get sorted out.

And discover that there are no open recalls, then are we ineligible for the voucher?
Carfax also has a recall check system but MBUSA might be the most updated for the obvious reasons, still doesn't hurt to run it through that system though. https://www.carfax.com/recall/

Ya I am watching and deciding if I want to stick with MB as well. Really hoping facelift will solve the issues as mentioned because I do wish they do as a MB fan and a potential owner of their newer models as well.
I also hope they fix the issues for OP's sake and owners of the R232 sake.

Almost sounds like a bribe to keep customers. The reliability of MB vehicles continues to decline and is now one of the poorest of all makes. Check CR and other sources.
Too little, too late. I ordered a 2025 Aston Martin Vantage.
Hope you don't expect less issues with a British carmaker. The new Vantage is nice and it's what the new GT should have been, IMO. Front engine, rear-wheel drive. My only complaint is that it has a torque converter. Just not the same engagement, responsiveness and snappiness as a clutch. However, AM is very low volume and needs a cash infusion every few years from another billionaire who doesn't want to see the company go under. Eventually, it'll probably join the other British carmakers and get acquired by Tata or Geely and struggle for relevance. Engine and transmission should be solid, being the former is from AMG and the latter from ZF. Both tried and tested quantities, despite my dislikes for the ZF8 in a high performance car, but the infotainment system is all new, developed by AM, so be prepared for bugs.

Thank you
Looks like Carfax sees zero as well, will report back if this makes me ineligible

Obviously, we all like to receive things like these vouchers, who doesn’t? Unfortunately, as an outsider—I have no R232 but have had 17 new MB’s—watching this forum since the cars first came out, I really do think this is way too little, considering what so many of you folks have been through and how expensive your cars are.
Based on what some of you paid for your SL’s and what the market for those cars fell to in very short order, coupled with the stumbling, lackadaisical response from MB to the various ONGOING issues, a voucher in the $15K to $20K area would not have been out of line. For some of you folks, $4K is a dinner out with friends—but you can’t spend it on that. Honestly, $4K with all the limitations, after what you folks have been through, is a slap in the face, but that’s just my opinion. Best of luck to all of you.
