i visited there this weekend and stayed at the embassy suites hotel. i saw a silver sl55 and a white sl550 with black interior parked out front. i saw 2 other sl's while i was there so i wondered if they were members of this forum.
the parking attendants and the Canadians as a whole showed me a lot of love. they gave me a lot of compliments and parked my ride upfront on the deck next to a viper and across from a gallardo and ferrari 355.
i must say i LOVE driving my sl on long road trips, its the perfect roadster and its great on gas as i averaged 23.4 mpg!

I was there
I was there two fridays ago on the 15th, but in my S500, it was nice to see the falls haven't been there in a long time, the American falls have a lot of rocks at the bottom of it now, a real different look than years ago. Took some nice photos.

you didn't actually drive from Florida did you?
it was actually my 1st time there, and it was great! i did the jet boat tour which rides the class 5 rapids and i did the maid of the mist which takes you really close to both of the falls.
the rocks at the bottom of the US falls were caused by 2 separate landslides, so i'm told.

I haven't been to Niagra in years, but I remember having some great drives from the 'City' through upstate NY. Some great roads, towns and scenery.
One of my best memories is flying to Rochester, NY and buying my Ferrari Mondial t cab, putting the top down and blasting (I mean cruising) through the back roads of NY and NE, seeing family and heading back to AZ.
I'm sure the drive in the SL was stellar!

Glad you had fun! My family and I go to Toronto at least once or twice a year for as long as I can remember. We always stop by the falls and I never get tired of it. We're actually thinking of going again this weekend which makes our third time this year.
