Doors won't lock, trunk won't open, roof won't open!!
Sorry I double posted this in the AMG thread.
I had to use the key to manually open the trunk.
The roof just doesn't open.
Doors won't lock.
I've replaced the battery in the trunk already with a brand new one, to no avail.
No error messages otherwise displayed...
What the hell is wrong?

It sounds like some sort of computer issue that needs resetting. You may need a trip to the dealer.

Points to the battery in the trunk but if you've replaced the battery then maybe some sensor mis-reading the battery if that's possible? Good luck.

Sounds like you're behind on your car payments, and the bank has shut down your car. Just kidding!
Get the car into the dealer and have them check it out, then get out your check book to get the car out of the dealer. You really don't have many options here.

THe most likely cause of this is the RCM (roof control module) that needs to be reinitialized, reflashed, and or replaced. reflashing this module usually fixes this issue. I have seen several cars with it. You will need access to a star diag system with the latest software on it. Also, make sure the person doing the reflashing is familiar with the procedure and has a good battery charger plugged in. I usually use a midtronics battery maintainer when reflashing modules.

It sounds like the same problem I had a couple of months ago. There are fuses behind the passenger seat accessed through the storage compartment . Then there is the pump that controls all the locks, top ,glove box and center console. I had to replace the pump. I hope your car is under some type of warranty . Good luck and keep us posted, no pun LOL

DOORS WON'T OPEN AND TOP WON'T RETRACT
i HAVE READ THROUGH THE FORUM AND UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF ELIMINATION STARTING WITH THE FUSES BUT I AM HAVING TROUBLE EVEN OPENING MY FUSE BOX BEHIND THE PASSENGER SEAT .ANY SUGGESTIONS

Lift up the bottom panel of the storage box, the fuses are underneath.
The front panel can be carefully removed by prying forward, 2 clips on top, 2 plastic tabs on bottom.
