Do you know if the Teleaid module was disconnected / removed when the Android stereo was installed? It was a known culprit of overnight battery drains once it starts malfunctioning. It would continouly attempt to make an emergency phone call to a now defunct analog system. It's located beneath one of the rear cubbies (can't remember if it's under the left or right side?). If it's still installed and connected,. You'll want to disconnect it.

you can remove the teleaid and voice control module also
here some diagrams taken from the Real EPC WIS, not the vintage "back in the past" version
hope it will help you

With these measurements you need to wait perhaps a few minutes after the key is removed, and I suppose you have been doing that.
If you've literally pulled every fuse, then I would remove the battery control module and check again. I read in your post that it is a replacement module, but it is the only component I can think of which is not fused. TELEAID is fused, and and it is powered from fuse #76 located in the rear fuse box.
If still no joy, then I suggest you review the power distribution diagram for the entire vehicle to ensure you covered everything. You can download a complete set of electrical drawings here. Power distribution is the very first diagram in the main index and is titled "Fuses".
As an aside, member AMG__POWER is looking for a battery control module, and it seems you have a spare...

That would imply that both bcms were bad , the first one burned out smelled and all this one is like new I doubt the battery control module is the issue.
I pulled all front fuses 2 hours so far still over 12v on batt will leave for 4 more hours and check

2005 R 230 SL350 (M112 3.7). Sold the 1966 W113 230SL recently
(Judge me kindly)
If your prior BCM was toasted who knows what else went south. Nobody seems to have a clue what makes a BCM overheat, so likely there’s a potential problem within the module itself. Perhaps there’s a logic chain of components that are likely to suffer from excess current (ruling out permanent damage by under voltage/current, that is).

Me too.....
I've been having the same issue... Exactly. Also 03 sl55 with a android stereo, I did replace everything though when I installed the stereo, so replaced factory amp as well.
when in there I believe in disconnected the teleaid module, but am still having the drain.
Are you getting the error msg msg "SOS workshop"? That is the teleaid, my next step was to find someone with a star computer to remove the teleaid, I have seen the star path somewhere here to deactivate it....
