Just an opinion, but I think the white looks kinda plain----more girl car even. Black is always classic and the silvers/grays look like refined speed-fast and fun.

Black is classy if you can keep it clean. I have the Steel Gray and love it. It still pops when clean and is easier to keep clean than the black. I am not a big fan of white. It just does not pop. That is just my opinion.

Bob has a good point. It is hard keeping the black clean. It looks good, but it isn't easy. All Mercedes look good in the greys. One other color I like on these cars is the matte grey metallic. But I understand it is a major effort to keep looking good.

Everyone has their own favorite color(s) and often colors they detest. If you like both black and white then that's all that matters. If they are completely equal to you, then white has certain advantages like as already mentioned -- it's a lot easier to maintain & keep clean.
A salesman once told me that white is the best color for resale because while the (normal) car colors are about equally distributed for "first choice" by used car buyers, white is the most common "second choice" color. I dislike white cars myself so I can't validate this claim...
