Voice Command & hands free calling microphone not working
I have a 2013 Sl550 ... all of a sudden no on can hear me on phone calls. I then realized voice command also not working. When I select the speak button on the stirring wheel, voice command comes up as it should, but its not hearing me and eventually "cancels". Is there a fuse that can be checked? I've already booted the command system to no avail.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, no. I've solved a number of issues from suggestions on this forum, but this one seems to not have been solved in the past by folks in the forum. I'll try the battery disconnect suggested by Bay Leaf, though I'm not optimistic that it will help as it's not a setting issue that needs to be reset per se. I'll post the results when done.

Update on Microphone not working with voice command or phone:
Ran diagnostic in engineering menu. Both Microphone 1 and Microphone 2 show Fault: Microphone Circuit open error. Codes 94B7 and 94B8 (Mic 1 and 2) Still researching to determine next troubleshooting step. Can't seem to find fuse chart, or determine where voice/microphone control module is located.

Ever have any electrical work or interior work done on that car? Radar detector install, dash repairs, things like that.
(no fuse btw)
