I got hit by an uninsured cruise missile!. No frame damage but took everything apart to make absolutly sure.

America is strange. In Europe it is not possible to get license plates without proff of liabillity insurrance.

Nope, the most liberal West-European country (if not the most global liberal country) of them all

In a lot of countries the plates are car-bound, not owner-bound. When a car is registered here it gets plates that last the cars lifetime. The plates tell the cars age. IOW the neighbours can check from which year your car is
