** Evosport SL55 AMG Project : 730HP | 802 TQ **
Car has all our evosport goodies plus our evo3 NOS system with multiple progressive controllers (PM for more details on the setup). Dyno'd at 600 RWHP and 659 RWTQ (see below). There's room for even more power but customer is more than happy...for now
And here's the MAGIC BUTTON that makes it all happen. A single flip of the switch, hit the gas and let the system do its thing...

Car Whore
Wow.... can you post approximate total amount $$ to get a stock SL55 to that level?
Can you post videos of the car on take off at WOT, drive by at WOT, idling, and drive-by with normal throttle?
What is the turn-around time on this level of upgrade?
How safe would you say it is long-term? What are the details on when nitrous is engaged?

I'll try to get more later of the car in action...it's hella-scary-fast!! Here are a couple vids in the interim:
VIDEO 1:
Activating the system and initiating system purge via ashtray mounted toggle switch. Note the purging taking place on front windshield. The purge valve was later relocated out of sight.
VIDEO 2:
Car in action on dyno. Note engagement of NOS on initial load as it spins the tires on the roller...watch out!

NOS is okay, if you are in for a limited time kick of power.
It will on the long run never replace an old facion tuning of the motor.
How many minuttes of gas are there in the bottle ???
When will you burn the piston because of overheating due to lack of cooling through evaporing gasoline replaced by NOS ???

1lb./min. for every 100HP.
I'm not sure what you mean by "lack of cooling through evaporating gasoline". The delivery of NOS actually makes the inlet charge cooler. With NOS you don't need to go aggressive with timing or excessively lean on fuel mixture to make power, you don't have to go high on the boost (which equals heat, friction in blower, wear/tear on bearings and drive mechanism of blower and crank, increased load on bottom end of engine, etc.). By not overspeeding the crank, with NOS, you improve bearing life especially at front of engine closest to snout of the crankshaft. Bear in mind the entire system is electronically controlled to maintain proper A/F mixture. All controls are pre-cat so they are not effected by the catalytic converters. The car is consistent- that is, it runs the same each time you engage NOS (does not get heat soaked for example, as would happen when running the blower).

Before i go further i need a few informations from you.
How many HP does the car have on rearwheels without NOS ?
When you are activating the NOS, do you add more fuel, and if, how mutch ?
