The sad truth is, there is very little in high quality exhaust offered by aftermarket companies.
I was at the dealer the other day and some girls played with a SL65 BS - awesome sound
I would like to know what AMG did for that car, and would duplicate that in a heartbeat.... maybe its just straight pipes as some owners run (like Marcus Frost, see his build thread)

Check out the kreisseg F1 with 5 levels + remote controls.. pricey but pocket change for a 200k sl65 owner..
I was considering that on my sl55 a while ago but mine is already one of the most badass sounding stock ones in the city. (I'm from india!) + drop the top for the ultimate noise.

I had a ridiculously priced Eisenmann system on my former SL600. Huge waste of money. I believe it was $5k when everything was said and done, and it just made my 600 sound like a stock 65. I straight piped my 65 this time around and couldn't be happier. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but it definitely sounds the business.
