i never thought i would ever see a SL65 BS on the road let alone touch one, but wow wow wow i would give my left nut for this car...

not to be a hater here, but the slr is one of the ugliest cars MB has ever produced. Just awful in every way.
Furthermore, seeing 2 MB's is the best day of your life???????

10 days ago I was at the dealer to to drop off a car for a recall and witnessed the whole dealership going gaga over the just delivered SL65 BS. I was offered the car (haha) i.e. no buyer yet.
This morning I had to pick up a car from the dealer and figured I would use the opportunity to show the car to my wife.... something about planting a seed maybe
Well, the car was not in the showroom anymore
a salesman confirmed the car was sold last Saturday
What recession????????

sorry I don't care that much what my mercedes sounds like. I'm over the "i need to hear the exhaust" phase of my life.
In fact, sound would be about the last thing I would look for.
