All I can tell you is, that I did a complete cat/muffler/silencor-delete on my car, so there is now NOTHING inside there but straight pipes!
Aaaall the way.

And the HP-gain was nothing/nada/zero..!
We dynoed it before and after on that same day, so it's a fact!
As I otherwise had understood it, that scenario should make least amount of resistance and therefor the most amount of power, compared to ANY exhaust...
Of course, now I'm ONLY speaking of a turbo engine! And it should probably be the same outcome for the 55's with kompressor.
But then again, with a 63, I wouldn't know.

I have RennTECH exhust manifold, and the gain is 9 WHP . also I use to have RennTECH tune which gave me 10 WHP. and now I have OEtuning file which gave me 32 WHP over RennTECH tune , just want to share these info
What i recommend you to do is secondery cats delete ( this mod will improve the sound and the preformance alot ) just want to share these info

I believe he's close to bringing a set of SL63 headers to market and apparently his product is top notch.

Man my ears must be burning. here is a sneak peak of the of the MBH SL63 tri-y headers.. We are in the home stretch on this project. Infact we will be finishing it up tomorrow. Its been quite the job. We need some crazy tight radius bends. It has proven to be the hardest header job we have ever done. they are where so many hurdles that needed to be jumped to make a header system work on this car.

I'd like to add. when we build a header like this it gets mocked up and then totally torn down and rebuilt into a final product.
