The car got a new tints as well, 5% rear and windshield strip and 20% sides.

The tint shop screwed up big time and they ruined my rear leather shelf. They should take care of this soon

Got some new-used wheels from Renntech CLS63 and purchased the lowering links as a temporary solution. These are Strasse Forged wheels, 9.5" front and 11" rear I believe with 255/30/20 tires up front and 305/25/20 on the rear. I also ordered Neo Chrome Mevius Bolts. Will convert to coilovers soon. Envy Motoring in Ft Lauderdale did a great job!
Not lowered on old wheels

Did you get the puddle light wired up on the new mirrors?

Good looking car, but you need to learn how to park. Don't pull all the way forward onto the stop block. you need to stop before it before you tear the bumper.

Thank you! The front bumper completely clears that block, so no worries.

You will regret it when the tip of the rebar snags your bumper....

Only here to support man.

Actually you were right. I went outside and raised the suspension and backed up a little. Thanks!

Those filters were bad! I should check mine out and grab some K&N's if I've still got the stock ones.

The previous owner had a gravel driveway. Not sure if there is something to do with that or not.

Parking obstacles and ABC

Remember that these ABC systems regularly go 'saggy' and you come back to your SL65 and see it resting the front bumper on that kerb... Been there - Done that..... Two weeks ago....

Great car.... Thanks for the pics...

The new wheels look great!

Those black plastic triangle pieces to the left/right of the back glass are only about $150 for the pair and are easy to replace.

I would suggest the grille upgrade as well while you're at it.

I was considering it, but I have a 2007 and I don't think it will fit. Correct me if I wrong. 2003-2006 and 2007-2008 grilles are different, right?

It says up to 2007. Just from looking at the picture your nose is a bit different but the grille looks the exact same as my old one. The one I linked isn't completely flawless as far as fit but I think I would still look great on your car. Several other guys have put it on their cars as well.

07 is different and will not fit 03-06. The grille in the link will not fit your 07, the description is wrong.
