Super Charger Upgrade

It's not that my SL 55 needs more power, but I'm considering a pully upgrade along with the ECU modification. Along with the upgraded pully I would also like to remove the speed limiter and reconfigure the transmission shift patterns and other updates. I would appreciate any comments or direction on this type of modification.

Eurocharged can help with all the things you mentioned. I have had great support from them and have not heard of any problems with their service or products.
You may want to search and become familiar with all the nuances of providing your car with pulley & ECU/TCU upgrades. There is a lot of info on this site from people that have gone various routes.

Go for it. Warning... you will be addicted though. Might as well order the headers, exhaust, and intake as well.

If you haven't already done so, replace the stock IC pump with the newer Bosch model. Also, you may need to add extra cooling for your intercooler depending on how much smaller you go on the pulley. Intake temps are the limiting factor. Headers do help with that as well.

Check out our power packages, they cover all of the bases needed to upgrade your vehicle, taking care of cooling, tune, and the belt wrap all at once.

I don't want to get too extensive with this upgrade. A slightly smaller pulley and ECU upgrades will be more than enough for me. The inner cooler, headers and alike is too much for a car that gets driven very little.

Get the upgraded IC pump from Bosch. This is a weak link and is prone to failure. Cheap insurance.

Our Stage 0 or stage 1 power package would be perfect for you in that case. or we do have the pulley tune combos

If I do a 76mm pulley does this facilitate inner cooler & more? Looks like a stronger fuel pump would be a consideration as well! Thanks for your guidance

I think so. If I remember correctly I did a 83mm pulley and a tune plus the IC pump change. Once you go smaller then intake temps can get too high depending on how hard you push the engine.

For the 80mm you can run it on a healthy bosch 010, 76mm i would reccomend heat exchanger and split cooling aswell.
