Upgrades Not Manifested in Dyno Results
Need some input on my lack of results after having significant upgrades to my 08- SL 55. After MBH LT headers, a 76mm UPD pulley, Weistec dual pass heat exchanger and RACEIQ tune installed, my dyno results have barely moved. I base lined at 445WHP/503 LB FT Tq and the best pull so far post mods is 451/517.
Is this likely the result of a tune not taking advantage of my mods? Something else like belt slippage?(which by the way I don't hear or feel so wouldn't know how to recognize it).
All dyno runs done on same dynojet, same technician and in the case of my most recent pulls, better DA conditions.

Is your I/C pump working right? That's no gain at all, doesn't make sense with even just a tune. Car should be up almost 100hp with that much work over stock.

Looking at your graphs, the power is falling off dramatically at higher rpms vs stock. I'd bet air in the cooling system or a dead pump, the car is pulling boost/timing to be safe as the temperature climbs, it's making all of it's power at torque at super low rpm, not building up as it revs.

Even in Dyno mode, the tech has trouble in 3rd and 4th gear with the car wanting to down****, this may account for the curve shapes.
I monitor the IAT, they are typically 20-30 degrees above ambient, spike higher on hard pulls but drop right back down. within a minute or so.
I am VERY frustrated by this...............

There is a bleeding process for the IC that a lot of people don’t know about. Look this up on the forums after I had the heat exchanger added and new pump I was having issues with this and was fixed with a proper bleed
