Ceramic brakes dragging (badly)

Are the (front) pads supposed to drag noticeably when spun by hand like on a raised vehicle?
I can only get 1/2 a rotation max out of a hard effort spin.
Has anyone spun their tires with CCB's?

Appreciate it

OP I suggest removing brake pads and applying a very thin layer of a high temperature grease to the ends of the pads where they slide against calipers. Also.... compress pistons back into calipers to be sure they are moving freely. CCB in my S65 will spin two revolutions when I spin a 20” wheel.

Are you asking or stating all your wheels are hard to turn? If asking, I receive a low profile extended reach floor jack tomorrow and will test all rotations then.
Car is new to us with 45,000 miles - pads look good - at least 3/8" (10mm) maybe 1/2".
While I'm at it, the wheel is stuck onto hub - any ideas how to remove? (I'm going to use the long bolt to slide off)
Thanks

Those will be original pads. They last and last.

Thanks much - perhaps pads dragging on caliper, didn't know where contact points were. I will inspect & perhaps clean. Yes, if pistons compress back easily - not them.
And I've felt brakes after getting home which is a few minutes off the freeway, and they are cool.
Again, thanks all!

Does that mean my mileage is going up from 22mpg? Would you believe I actually feel the drag at least when I first leave the garage, the TC slips more than it should to get rolling. I don't get the sensation of dragging while S&G.

my experience is that all pads drag and I cant spin any wheel more than a 1/2 a revolution. The wheel stuck to the hub indicates they are never taken off regularly. You have to kick the outsides of the tire untill they break off. Then you need to sand the back of the wheel hub and inside the center hub. And sand the cars hub and especially the center hub flange. When you put them back on they need to be free so they can turn on the hub . If you put oil or grease it will sling all over the wheels. Take the wheels on and off regularly. I clean my wheels and suspension every month or two.
