Any news on SLT ?
I am looking for more information of SLT , a hatch coupe development based on the SLK. We here so dusty , bad weather, traffic jam, air polution , really do not need a mechanical top convertible which does less but more weight. A SLT is just great and hope it has a AMG version such as SLT63 in 2006/7.
Please help.

There have been many reports of the SLT "Shooting Brake"...Personally I'd love to see it happen, considering what BMW is going to do with the Z4 it would be a direct competitor more info at this address.... http://www.jalopnik.com/cars/gossip/mercedes/index.php

look dude, every1 has their own opinion about looks.
i just want mercedes to build a real sports car.
i dont care that u said that its ugly, just dont say u hope that they dont build it. i love mercedes and i agree that the slk55 is a nice car and the sportiest car mb currently makes, it just not as driver oriented as it can be (no lsd, heavy, auto...). i would love it if they made a coupe slk55 though. if i bought my cars (i lease) i would buy a slk55 and weld the roof on and take all the top mechanicals out to save some weight.
maybe i overreacted by callin u an idiot, sorry, every1 has their own opinions.
