I've got the SuperSprint x pipe with the kleemann rear cats and Kleemann headers extremely loud when I keep it in manual mode otherwise in "D" its calm as the gearbox isnt as aggressive like being constantly in higher rpm range.

but if i do a kleeman header kit, i would have to remove the primary cats, i live down here in the south and they are not strict down here with emissions. well what if i do a header, all cat delete and an aftermarket resonator how would that sound? haha i just might as well do it instead of asking questions.

I've got a post of 2nd'y CAT delete, no rear cans, and x-pipe. It's loud, but not that loud. Of course, my former Roush scared the neighbors every morning when I hit the START button. I was going to mess with primary delete, but you'll probably need someone that can do a good dyno tune for you, as the post primary o2 sensors do play a role in fuel adaptation. Kleeman, Renntech and Brabus, all advised against with primary removal. I did toy with trying a 300 cell metallic substrate CAT, but haven't tried that yet. I am thinking it will give a bit more flow, but still burn pretty good to avoid MIL issues.

actually, kleeman headers remove the primaries, you have to install some kind of high flow CAT yourself. but i do think it is possible to run these cars with no CATS, just have to tune it correctly on the dyno

As soon as mine is coming up for warranty, I'll be replacing stock with high flow 200 cells, and a good dyno tune to be sure nothing is lean. Until then, I only have to scare the immediate neighbors in the morning...
