Advice SLK55 or SLK350

Advice SLK55 or SLK350
I have a chance to get an SLK55 IR Silver with Black int or a SLK350 Blk on BLk. What should I do. I don't really care for the silver and prefer black or blues. or should I ****** the slk55 while I got the chance...Both are at MRSP
I can get the SL55 for $67k or slk350 for $52K
any advice?????

if you can afford the 55 and prefer the added power then i suggest you go for the slk. After all you can't really even see the exterior color from the inside 
however ims ure if you look aronud some more and call other dealers you will find an SLK55 black on black. Good luck

I have to agree with everyone saying if you are ok with the 62k call around and find a 55 that's got what YOU want on it. If you tell a dealership that you'll come and buy it today at MSRP most, or at least a god portion, will do the deal!

If you Don't want the SLK55.....
Let me know. The price sounds like the exact car I have ordered and if I can get it sooner than great.
If I were you, I would get exactly what i want especiallt when spending that much money.

And did you really expect anyone on the AMG thread to say anything else?
You might want to post the same question on the SLK350 forum. If you are looking for spirited driving the 350 won't disappoint you. If you really have to have all that power for Banzai Runs at 2 am in the morning then you have to have the 55. My take is if color is more important than performance you will be more than happy with the SLK350. After all, the 55 is only a second faster and arguably is less agile if mountain roads are your forte.

I'm meeting with the MB dealer today so I will see what they say. My only fear is if I opt for what I want in an SLK55 how long will it actually take for me to get it if at all since production and availability is limited.....
