I have someone that wants 1. Just wondering if any 722 made it to the usa?

I only know of 1. Owner of CEC got 1 and thats about it. And apparently I asked dealers they said no.

There was one that was sent to New York as well. I saw it at the dealership in Lindon, UT before it was shipped there. I heard that buyer wanted to sell it. I could find out for you if you were serious about it.

He has a regular slr about 700 miles and he wants to sell it. To get a 722, but i dont think he would pay 1million for it for sure.

I asked around for him but nope. I dont know why dealer cant get 1 for him.

I heard only 20 722s made it to USA.

Either way I know one was in houston not too long ago but it has been bought by the King of Qatar and has just been shipped off. so there is now one less SLR 722 in america.

FYI, I sat in it... what an amazing car, Coolest seats I have ever seen in my life. Would I personally buy one if I had the cash ($750k+)... no.. I'd rather have SL65 Black series instead... but either way, you have to appreciate rarity & exclusivity.

If I heard correctly and your friend is interested, you can have either a regular slr or a 722 converted to a 722GT for a measly 500k.

Yea there are definatly 722's in the U.S. I posted pictures of one not too long ago in the W204 forum as I brought one of my cars there for work. It had just gotten back from Renntech and was having full custom audio installed. The owner also has a regular SLR, Bentley Mulliner, Conv. Euro. G Wagen and the Maybach 62 S all sitting at this shop. He does construction in Russia. Check for Englewood in a search in the W204 forum and you will be able to see the pix I posted of it. Great looking car.

Could that have been the same one that someone posted pics of and was crashed by a 22 year old in the desert? It happened somewhere in Qatar but the driver was not identified, in what I saw at least, as a relative or friend of the king.

Great taste in cars!!! I was never a big fan of the "regular" SLR...I know the exterior differences are subtle ...but the SLR 722 is truly one of the most beautiful cars I have seen. Enjoy and good luck with them!
