Eisenmann Race Exhaust videos
I finally was able to take a couple videos of the E going through an underpass. The exhaust is an Eisenmann Race with no resonators. Yes, it is ungodly loud at WOT but relatively tame on the highway. 
Sorry for the low quality sound, the videos were taken on a digital camera.
2nd gear, about half-throttle, 3000-5000 RPM:

There is a decent drone inside the car but it is almost completely dependent on the load on the engine. In stop and go traffic it is not so bad but on a steady incline on the highway it gets pretty loud. Downhill on the highway it is almost as quiet as stock.

At times I wish I was running resonators. Like you said, it makes everything sound more uniform. But I just love how it sounds like a wild beast at WOT.
