Interesting car..but I am sure for the price he wants for it...you could get into an '03 W211 E55 which would be a much better car with even stronger performance.
As it is 1 of 1 what happens if you had a engine issue....then you are stuck with an E430? Too much or a rare piece.

That being said, given the two, I would go for the W211, since, as you put it, "the engine issues will kill you." And, its a 430.

W210 E55, Custom Turbocharged
W211 is a heavy pig compared to the W210. And the suspension is a joke when it comes to actually track use compared to the W210 E55. The only REAL piece of AMG gear on a W211 E55 is the engine. Anyways not gonna rant on the reality of a real AMG vs the trim line they became.
