that is a nice set up, something Bond would of used.

Am glad to see another convert....whose setup are you using....dry, I assume given the fact its pre air filter?....what jet sizes....how are you compensating fuel if it is dry.
Please give us ALL the details....can't wait to see your dyno numbers....Gray

Built my own system, I've got .29's in there right now but have a dyno scheduled for the 19th! then I can ajust up on the jetting i know the guy in texas says he's using a .31 so we'll see acording to the A/F's did a test run last night everything went well. since its probrably around a 35hp shot right now its alittle mild(especially going through the filters restricts it) but the mph sure started going up faster! if it would ever stop Fu$k'n raining here in oregon I'd go to the drags! I can take it all out and hide the nitous line in about 20 min for trips to the delership.

Damn, people are going crazy with NOS! Nice setup.

Awesome!! Let us know how it goes on the dyno and A/F's. Do you have any other mods?

.029's are more like 75 HP at crank...BEWARE lifting off gas and then lifting BUTTON that would be bad, VERY BAD. I am now using a setup where I control when I spray but cannot spray except a WOT if I lift the gas pedal the N20 stops....sort of my own window switch.
What were your A/F's with .029's?
You may want to invest in a bottle heater/cooler as bottle temp has an amazing influence on pressure and HP....e-mail me and I can give you the temps to bottle pressure and jets to crank HP.
Are you using any accessories to retard timing or add fuel?.... running 100 octane has nearly the same effect on detonation as retarding timing a few degrees...I would use 104 but can't reliably get it at this point.
Eagerly await your results at trasck and dyno.....spray and pray..

Your jets are screwed directly into the air duct or ar they connected to a spray bar that crosses the duct? My nitrous setup included a spray bar to avoid disturbances in air flow.
no spray bar.

I know this is going to be considered a weird question - but - which way do you have the nozzle oriented in the air tube: towards the front of the car or the back? I know in some other fuel injected applications I'm familiar with people were facing the nozzle outlet forward in order to soften the inital hit as nitrous was released. This would avoid "freezing" the air sensor electronics which in the other applications was resulting in maxing out sensor capacity to handle the extra flow, and hindering the computer's ability to adjust for more fuel. Thanks
Awesome setup by the way

thanks for the insight, I think its ok the jet is over 15 inches from the intake yOriginally Posted by X55

and it has to pass through the air filter also so hopefully thats enough.(I have had some experts check out the set-up and they seem ok with everything just need to dyno to fine tune)

Heh heh heh. Very nice. I'd recommend replumbing the NOS to be downstream of the supercharger if you can; the effect will be increased, so you will need to retune the fuel to match, but it should be very useful in decreasing intake temps.
